Platform administration

The Platform administration page is visible only to platform administrators. It contains platform-wide status and controls such as reseller and account management, mail delivery, message templates, deployment information, and the Golden ISO.

The Golden ISO is the reference installer used to create each organization’s downloadable Installer ISO. Rebuilding it is a platform maintenance action and can take significant time. Existing downloads continue to work while a replacement is prepared.

Before changing platform mail or installer settings:

  1. Confirm the intended environment and affected organizations.
  2. Record the reason through the organization’s change process.
  3. Use preview or test controls when available.
  4. Verify platform health after saving.

Host recovery, deployment, and break-glass procedures are operator responsibilities and are intentionally not included in this public help site.
