Manage people and account security

Open Settings from the lower sidebar. Its hub separates organization details, sign-in sources, people, and Cybex Forge. Available destinations depend on your role.

Invite and manage people

Owners and Managers can open Settings > People to invite someone by email, change an existing member’s role, send a password reset, or remove access.

Grant the least privilege needed:

• Viewer can inspect state without making operational changes.
• Operator can perform day-to-day computer operations.
• Manager can manage organization configuration and people.
• Owner has the organization’s highest level of control.

Review memberships regularly and remove accounts that no longer need access.

Protect your account

Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Your account to change your display name, email address, or password and to enable two-factor authentication. Save recovery codes immediately after enabling or rotating them; Cybex will not show the same set again later.
